Coach Kareem Otey

Coach Kareem is the 12u Head Coach and Co-founder of the Eastern Shore Velocity Organization. She played Softball at Salisbury University for 3 years where she received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education. Kareem is the current Varsity Coach at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School.

Coach Justin is our 10u Head Coach and Cofounder of the Eastern Shore Velocity Organization. An Eastern Shore native who graduated from North Caroline High School where he played Baseball. After High School, Justin continued his Baseball career at Chesapeake College where he received his Associates Degree.

Coach Schyuler is a new addition to the Velocity coaching staff. Steven will be coaching our new 14u team. He has been coaching in the Cambridge Little League Organization for the last 5 years on the Softball side and more recently coached the Dorchester All-Stars Major League Softball team to the District Championship.

Coach Chuck is a new addition to the Velocity coaching team. He brings a lot of experience to the 14u program having coached Tricity Softball Little League for 22 years including All-Stars. Coach Chuck managed the 2018 12u All-Stars to their Softball Regionals in Connecticut.
